Wells Fargo bank on Avenue Americas New York has a work by Claus Oldenburg in front of it, unlike Chase Manhattan bank down the road which can be seen behind a large fountain.  Like other art work these fountains can help each of us redesign and repurpose these power structures through the space they occupy.
